Manager’s Toolkit – supporting the next generation of Allurity leaders

Stepping into leadership for the first time comes with both opportunities and challenges. Manager’s Toolkit is designed to support junior and first-time managers with the practical foundations of people leadership, from communication and feedback to team dynamics and everyday leadership situations.

Accessible virtually across the group, the programme makes leadership development available regardless of location, helping new managers grow with confidence while building strong leadership habits from the start.

Technical Talks – knowledge shared across the group

Cybersecurity evolves fast, and staying ahead means learning from each other continuously. Our Allurity Technical Talks bring together experts from across the group to share insights, trends, case studies, and technical deep-dives on some of the most relevant topics in cybersecurity today.

The sessions create a space where specialists can exchange expertise, spark new ideas, and strengthen the technical community across Allurity. Because some of the best learning happens when experts openly share what they know.

Capture the Flag (CTF) collaboration through hands-on challenges

Our group-wide Capture the Flag initiatives bring together technical talent from across Allurity in collaborative cybersecurity challenges inspired by real-world scenarios. These events are designed to encourage teamwork, problem-solving, curiosity, and hands-on learning in an engaging and fast-paced environment.

Beyond the competition itself, the CTFs strengthen cross-company collaboration and create opportunities for people across the group to connect through shared technical passion.

CyberdefendHERs – supporting diversity in cybersecurity

Cyber DefendHERs is Allurity’s initiative focused on supporting and increasing the visibility of female talent within cybersecurity. Through community-building, networking, and engagement initiatives, the programme aims to contribute to a more inclusive industry while creating stronger connections across the group.
