Impact and ESG

At Allurity, impact starts with our core mission: enabling a safe digital world.

Cybersecurity is no longer only a technical discipline. It is fundamental to economic stability, democratic institutions, critical infrastructure and trust in digital societies. By protecting organisations from cyber threats, we help safeguard businesses, public services and the digital systems that modern society depends on.

Our group brings together leading cybersecurity specialists across Europe. Through this collective expertise, we strengthen digital resilience, support innovation and help organisations operate securely in an increasingly complex threat landscape. Our work contributes to strengthening resilience across Europe, supporting organisations, public institutions and critical infrastructure.

In this way, our business itself contributes to broader societal impact: protecting digital infrastructure, enabling economic development and strengthening trust in the digital economy.

The growing impact of cyber threats

The growing impact of cyber threats

Cyber threats are among the fastest growing risks facing modern societies. As organisations, public institutions and critical infrastructure become increasingly digital, cyberattacks can have significant consequences for economies, public services and trust in digital systems. Strengthening cybersecurity is essential to protect organisations and sustain the resilience of digital society.

Through the combined expertise of our companies across Europe, Allurity helps organisations strengthen digital resilience and stay secure as threats evolve.

Contributing to the sustainable development goals

  • SDG 9 – Industry, innovation and infrastructure

Cybersecurity is a critical component of modern infrastructure. By securing digital systems, networks and data, we help organisations build resilient infrastructure that supports economic growth and societal well-being.

  • SDG 4 – Quality education

The cybersecurity skills gap is one of the largest challenges facing Europe’s digital future. Through training, knowledge sharing and professional development across our companies, we contribute to building the next generation of cybersecurity talent.

  • SDG 16 – Peace, justice and strong institutions

By strengthening cybersecurity across organisations and critical infrastructure, we help protect digital trust, support institutional resilience and contribute to stable, secure societies.

  • SDG 5 – Gender equality

Cybersecurity faces a growing talent shortage in Europe. Through initiatives such as CyberdefendHers, Allurity promotes role models, strengthens networks and encourages more women to pursue careers in cybersecurity.

  • SDG 13 – Climate action

Allurity is committed to reducing its environmental impact and contributing to global climate goals. We aim to reach Net Zero by aligning with the Paris Agreement and have set a target to reduce Scope 1–2 emissions by 42% by 2030.

ESG as an enabler of responsible growth

ESG as an enabler of responsible growth

At Allurity, responsible business practices are an integral part of how we operate and grow. Our ESG approach focuses on reducing our environmental impact, fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and maintaining strong governance and ethical standards across our group.

By embedding sustainability and responsibility into our operations, we aim to create long-term value for our companies, employees, clients and society.

The cyber threat landscape

Cybersecurity has become a critical foundation for resilient societies. As digital systems power everything from healthcare to financial markets and public infrastructure, the scale of cyber threats highlights the urgent need to strengthen digital resilience worldwide.

  •  Global cybercrime damages are estimated to exceed $10 trillion annually
  • Ransomware attacks occur approximately every 11 seconds worldwide
  • The global cybersecurity workforce gap exceeds 3 million professionals
  • Critical infrastructure, governments and businesses are increasingly targeted by sophisticated cyber threats

Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

We have a Code of Conduct that applies to all Allurity employees. It sets clear guidelines to ensure the company is run in a way we stand by — responsibly, transparently and with integrity.

The Code of Conduct is based on internationally agreed rules, namely the ten principles of the UN Global Compact. These state that all companies must maintain a set of basic guidelines on human rights, working conditions, the external environment and corruption – within the framework they can influence.

Whisteblower function

It is important to us at Allurity that we can ensure that our employees work in a safe, fair and transparent environment. We encourage anyone (employees, customers, suppliers or other stakeholders) to report if they suspect improper activities or misconduct at any of the companies within Allurity. Social sustainability and diversity is critical to the future success of our business, and it’s a key component for innovation. The most diverse companies are also the most innovative. That’s why we track the SHE Index. The SHE Index is based on a survey submitted by the participating companies focusing on important aspects of gender equality. We have a score of 66 (2025) in the SHE Index.
